Creativity is our birthright, artist or not. Creating is what the soul strives to do because that’s how we advance as human beings. We create our life every day through our beliefs, thoughts and actions. The soul is creative because the universe is creative, life is always evolving!
Creative Healing
Our creative nature can be a bridge back to wholeness. Every human being is creative in some way because it is the essence of being human. Learning to use the mind and heart to develop our nature, abilities, and talents in a way that produces something beneficial is the path of life. We are engaged in creating ourselves and our lives daily regardless of whether we are artists, scientists, lawyers, politicians or anyone else.
I like to share the creative path I’ve been on because it’s helped me become my truest self. It has helped me develop my intuition, express what’s in my subconscious mind in non-linear and non-verbal ways, and discover my potential for mental, emotional and spiritual healing and growth. Creativity opens the mind to let go and become receptive again. It requires a constant cycle of letting go and opening up so something new can flow through in a very gentle way.
